Cloud PBX Basic – How to add a SIP User

  1. Login to your Customer Panel Portal If you require your Username/Password request this by emailing accounts@nehos.net
  2. Click the Service tab
  3. Click Manage (Extensions)
  4. Click ADD A NEW SIP EXTENSION
  5. Create a SECURE password (see instructions)
  6. Select your State
  7. Add a Local Phone Number. Insert any local phone number in the region you are in. An exchange will then appear to the right of this number. This is to select your correct exchange.
  8. Add a Caller ID (see instructions)
  9. Select sip.nehos.com.au or CPBX.nehos.com.au (according to what platform you are using) as the Gateway
  10. Click Submit
