Voicemail

• To change your extension’s voicemail greeting, dial *123 from your extension (you may need to enter your PIN), press “0” then listen to the voice prompt instructions.

• To upload a custom voicemail greeting, please send the audio file (or a link to download the audio file) to support@nehos.net.

IVR (Auto Attendant)

Please email support@nehos.net with a detailed description on how you want to set up your IVR, i.e. indicate the number to be pressed and its destination. Attach or send the link to download the audio file for the IVR greeting.

Example: Press 1 for Accounts (Ring Group 201), press 2 for Support (Queue 311), press 3 for Operator (Extension 100)

Music on Hold (MoH)

All music on hold must be properly licensed, either through the appropriate Performing Rights Organization in your country, or a licensed provider such as Easy On Hold. Beware of your licensing liabilities before putting music on hold. To set a custom MoH, please send the audio file (or a link to download the audio file) to support@nehos.net.

Group PickupGroup Pickup

Users may pickup another extension that is ringing within there call group. Call groups are defined within the customer panel under each extension. Please note that the group pickup feature
