To access the QR code for Communicator IOS or Android.
Within PBXWare go to Extensions > System and edit the extension you want to setup with your Communicator application.
Under Authentication > User password box.
Click the white padlock that will then turn green
.
Then click the blue QR button next to “User Password” which will bring up the QR for scanning.
* If you have no authentication or invalid authentication on your IOS/Android Communicator you may need to change the “User Password” on the extension by clicking the green padlock and then clicking Save & Email
