How to Park a Call
During an active conversation, dial ‘#700‘. The call will be parked on first available Call Park Extension (e.g. 701). A parked call can be picked up from any system Extension by dialing parked Extension (‘701’).
Note: Extensions must have ‘Call Pickup’ enabled in ‘Enhanced Services’ in order to be able to pick up parked calls.
Default Access Codes
Call Park: 700
Call Park Start: 701
Call Park End: 720
Call Park Timeout (sec): 45
Note: You can edit the Access Codes by logging into the Cloud PBX Portal > Settings (tab) > Access Codes. Do not forget to save the changes.
