Call Forward Immediate

To enable call forward from the cloud PBX service you can dial *72 from the handset you want forwarded. At the audio tone enter the number you want calls to forward to and then press the # key. You will then hear an audio prompt telling you if the call forward is enabled. At the moment the system only supports calling mobile, national and Nehos DID numbers.

To disable call forwarding from the cloud PBX service you can dial *73 from the handset you want call forward disabled.

To see the status of a handsets call forwarding Immediate. You can log onto the customer panel and edit the SIP account in question. The status of call forwarding and the number calls are forwarded to will appear under Extension Status.

* This article relates to the Cloud PABX Service Only

* Call forwarding from the handset does not effect Cloud PABX Applications such as Auto-Attendent and IVR. To enable call forwarding in an application can only be done within the customer panel.

* Please note that calls forwarded to PSTN numbers will be charged at your plans rate for the number dialled.
