In the IVR menu edit the option you want to dial an external number
In the destination select the Gateway to Nehos normally Nehos @yourPBXipaddress
Click the left triangle to edit this
It will place the following in the box “menu-exec-app:bridge sofia/gateway/randomNumbers&Letters/xxxxx”
Replace the xxxxx with the external number you want to dial i.e 0731071900
It should look like this menu-exec-app:bridge sofia/gateway/randomNumbers&Letters/0731071900 when your finished.
Hit Save
When you dial into the IVR menu and hit this option it should then forward the call to the number you have entered here.
