If you want to divert (failover) to a another number:

  1. Login to your Nehos Customer Panel
  2. Click Services
  3. Click Manage next to In-Dial Numbers
  4. Click Edit next to the DID you want to apply a divert/failover
  5. Set Destination to *blank* (take note of what the destination was)
  6. Insert the divert failover number into the Failover
  7. Click Save
  8. Test

If you want to disable the divert/failover revert the Destination back to what you noted it was before enabling the divert/failover.
