Calls are limited to a set international destination list from within the Nehos Customer portal based on what you authorise and expect to dial.
- Login to https://home.nehos.net with your credentials
- On the left menu, select International Call Control.
- To allow an international destination, check the box next to the destination.
- Hit Submit at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
This service is designed to limit or stop international toll fraud on your account. ONLY enable the destinations you will call from your account.
IMPORTANT: If you enable “Allow All International Destinations”, you acknowledge that you will be held liable for all International call charges on your account irrespective the amount charged or other security options enabled or disabled. By choosing this option, a significant security risk is presented to your account and any international destinations will be overridden.
