Pre-requisites:

  1. 3CX Firewall Test has passed.
  2. SIP user with password has been created.
  3. Direct in-dial number (DiD) is bound to the SIP user.

Login to your 3CX Management Console:

• Select SIP Trunks on the sidebar.

• Select Add SIP Trunk > Select Country and Provider as “Generic” > Enter your DiD number in the Main Trunk No field > Click OK.
